1. Made-to-Order Products
Most OGStreetwear products, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other apparel, are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because our merchandise is printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- Changing your mind after purchasing.
- Personal preferences regarding fit or style.
- Accidental purchases after production has begun.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes, except where a refund or other remedy is required under this policy or applicable law.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and order details before completing checkout.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, we’re here to help.
Please contact OGStreetwear within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To request assistance, provide:
- Your order number.
- Your full name and the email address associated with the order.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Once we review your claim, we may offer an appropriate remedy, including:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A refund to your original payment method.
- Another mutually agreed resolution.
For verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, customers will not be charged replacement shipping fees.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Because most OGStreetwear merchandise is made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
Size exchanges: We cannot guarantee exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. Please consult the size chart before purchasing.
Color exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for customer-selected color preferences or minor variations in appearance caused by screen settings.
Defective products: Qualifying defective or incorrect products may be replaced or refunded in accordance with Section 2.
Customers should not mail products back without first contacting us. In most cases, photographs will be sufficient to review a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after payment is confirmed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately using the contact form on our website.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not entered production.
Once production has started, cancellations generally cannot be accommodated.
If we approve a cancellation before production begins, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
- OGStreetwear will initiate approved refunds within 5 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear.
- Refunds for qualifying defective or incorrect products will include applicable original shipping charges when required by law or appropriate to the resolution.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved defective-product claims.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will review available tracking information and coordinate with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.
Depending on the circumstances, an eligible lost shipment may qualify for a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, nearby areas, and any available carrier delivery details before contacting us.
We will review delivery disputes individually and comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.
7. Shipping and Delivery
OGStreetwear currently offers the following shipping arrangements for eligible United States orders:
- Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping.
- Orders under $50: Shipping generally ranges from $4.95 to $8.95, as calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates include applicable production and transit times. Actual delivery may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier operations, and other circumstances.
The final shipping charge and available delivery information will be presented during checkout.
8. Promotional and Discounted Merchandise
Products purchased using coupons, affiliate discount codes, seasonal promotions, or other special offers are subject to the same defective-product protections described in this policy.
Non-defective made-to-order merchandise purchased during promotional events is generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Promotional pricing does not eliminate any refund or replacement rights required by applicable law.
